I get it. What it says is, if you are carrying some sort of large red board and discharging some kind of dashed line from your midsection, and they catch it on camera, they are going to take a pair of scissors to a couple of ping pong balls that they just happen to have lying around, the exclamation point means that they really mean it…oh and it’s quite possible that you also have to be torso-less with floating arms legs and head…I’m not 100% on that though
