Heh, looked at that way the picture is pretty funny. Sadly, understanding Chinese kinda spoils the funny for me (it basically says: “Warning. It’s dangerous to lean against the door. Prevent falling.”), cos the pictures make perfect sense taken with the words.

I’ve actually seen these – It’s a korean sign warning people not to lean on elevator doors, least they fall into the elevator shaft….

I kinda figured this was the case. It looked like… “huh…lean on wall…trap door…okay, if I lean on these walls, they will turn out to be trap doors leading to the other side and I’ll fall and hit my head.”

      Narnia’s a bitch, huh?

  6. Gracie says:

Warning: it will also cause you to become inexplicably fatter.

The sign was changed from just “don’t lean on door” to this because of accidents.

  10. Sarge says:

No leaning, no falling over and hitting your head on the pavement. Gotcha.
