  3. J says:

If I feared being assaulted, I might avoid big woodies.

  4. Lizard says:

I think the sugar free fudge is an excellent idea…the last thing we need are folks armed with pepperspray and stunguns running around all hopped up on sugar… I was thinking of posting a joke about the place being named Big Woodies…but that’s too easy… 😀

  5. Sarge says:

When you see it, you’ll have sugar free fudge in your pants.

  6. shayman says:

As soon as I saw it I knew this had to be Erie. I love our town

  7. Seibee says:

Sugar free fudge is so boring. But hey, pepperspray and stunguns? That’s a party.

  8. Jen says:

I used to go past there all the time when I was in college in Edinboro! There’s a lot of cool stuff in there. I bought a nice set of fingerless leather gloves there once to protect my hands when I’m riding my bike.

Too bad that people from PA can’t even look at the fireworks.

  9. WallofIllusion says:

Oh my gosh, I’ve been there! My Quiz Bowl team went there on the way to a tournament.

  10. Your innerself says:

The fudge is the most dangerous of all! It contain aspartame!!!

    • JMixx says:

So, if your quarry is too canny to fall for the old “Come over here, I’ve got something to show you!” *Pssssssssssht!* or the old, “Look there! By your foot! A ladybug! No, look closer!” *lighting fuse* then you have to go with the time-consuming but ever-effective and innocent, “Fudge?”

      Well, oka-ay…

  11. Chris says:

Erie! I recognized that sign immediately! It’s a strange little city.

  12. MPrime says:

Oh, gosh, someone finally put that sign up. Only in Erie. They sell jelly beans too.

  13. LalaTada says:

  14. Sheik Yerbouti says:

If someone offered me “fudge at Big Woodie’s”, I’d probably want that pepper spray.

  17. ladyblue says:

    pepperspray, stunguns, & sugar-free fudge.

Now I know where to do my Halloween shopping…

  22. Haven35 says:

Sick thing is, it used to advertise “Pepper spray, stun guns, and American flags.” I guess for when you’re going off to fight the terrorists single-handedly, and you want them to damn well know who sent you.

  23. Emmacat says:

    It’s more like assalted.
    (Pun intended)

  24. Meg says:

“Big Woodie’s” next to a fudge shop… Everytime I see a commercial for this place, all I can think is that it has to be some kind of nasty double entendre.

  25. Simon says:

OMG I’VE SEEN THAT BEFORE IN PERSON!!!! They also have Jelly belly free samples.

  26. Joe says:

ummm, did you not notice that it says BIG WOODIE’S?
