    I’m pretty sure every business is opened until they close…these people just let you know that’s their policy, too.

    That’s the Big Top Candy shop on South Congress in Austin. They have all kinds of great candy and the shop clerks are all zany. Come to think of it, they never have been closed no matter when I go there.

    I remember one boy scout summer camp I went to… The hours for the “trading post” (where you can buy treats, souvenirs, etc.) were:

    “Open when the open sign says ‘open’,
    Closed when the closed sign says ‘closed’.”

    That is big top candy shop! and I bet they would open if you knocked hard enough, even when closed.
